How many times per week do you attend South Beach Fitness?
My name is Mark Brown. I have lived in Indian Harbour Beach for 5 years. I attend South Beach Fitness 6 days a week. Sunday is my day of rest and recuperation. The older I get the more I need it!!

What is your favorite thing about South Beach Fitness?
I enjoy the friendliness and the socializing that comes with it. It is truly a community that offers a place of solace.

Why is a healthy lifestyle important to you?
I enjoy the mental release as well as the physical attributes that my workouts afford me.

Weights or Cardio?
I tend to spend more time with weights, but I have been trying to add more cardio into my workouts, time permitting.

What are your favorite motivating quotes?
A favorite quote in always reference is by Sir Edmund Hillary “It’s not the mountain that we conquer but ourselves”. You will never know your limits unless you push yourself and weight training is an excellent method to find your physical and mental limits.
