South Beach Fitness Presents
Our group pilates classes are done on the mat or on the pilates ball in the main Group Classroom. Each class will work in unison to balance your strength and flexibility. The exercises are designed to align, lengthen and strengthen your body. Most of the movements are non-impact and non-weight bearing. 55 minutes. These classes are included in your membership.
We also offer private and semi-private apparatus based classes in our fully equipped private studio located within our facility for a small fee.
