A basic flow class, this class features foundational yoga postures with the use of breath and our warm and welcoming instructors help you feel more comfortable in your yoga practice. You will focus your attention in this well balanced flow class while you lengthen and strengthen your body with non-impact and non-weight bearing movement. Modifications and props available. 55 minutes
Thursday evenings from 7-8pm Power Yoga with Denise This class is a faster paced power yoga class! You will be challenged, improve your focus, concentration, balance, upper body and core strength. Modifications for all poses are demonstrated. Great class of all levels of yogis! See you on the mat!
