I started teaching fitness classes when I was 15 years old. Since then, I realized that there was nothing else in my life that I wanted to do but help people to stay healthy and in shape. I truly love what I do!

I have been personal training for over 20 years. I design programs according to my clients' needs, and keep their workouts safe, fun and productive.

Nutrition, weight loss, flexibility and functional, strength and core training are all major aspects of my program.
