My goal is to make a difference in the lifestyle of clients by helping them find enjoyment in exercise and promoting proper nutrition.
Whether you are a beginner or an advanced athlete I will design a challenging training session geared toward your specific goals. I was very active growing up, a competitive athlete in tennis and played many other sports. I am now a mother of 3 wonderful children and through my journey I have struggled with weight gain, sports injuries and busy schedules.
I personally understand how difficult it can be to start an exercise program, frustration with fitness plateau, working through an injury and I can show you how to overcome those obstacles. Besides cardiorespiratory conditioning, I promote utilizing a variety of tools including free weights, stability balls, medicine balls and balance trainers, as well as your own body weight to achieve your desired level of fitness. I can design a training program that includes full body strength training with metabolic conditioning with your level of fitness that challenges and improves your overall fitness.
