LES MILLS GRIT!
LES MILLS GRIT ™ Strength is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and bodyweight exercises to blast all major muscle groups. Similar to Body Pump, but more explosive. You pump weights at a fast-pace – power clean presses, lunges, burpees and squats. You’ll sweat a lot. But you’ll also build strength, lean muscle and get fit super fast.

POUND
Pound. Another great option for music lovers, Pound is a group fitness class that adds drumming (using drumstick-like instruments called Ripstix) to traditional cardio and strength moves. Its constant movement burns between 500 and 900 calories per session while working infrequently used muscles.

PIYO
PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility benefits of yoga. It’s a true fat-burning, low-impact program, and you’ll get incredibly defined. … Get total-body definition with the best of yoga and Pilates.

NEW YOGA CLASSES
Welcome Deirdre Bohbot, our newest Yoga instructor at South Beach. Deirdre has extensive training in many therapeutic Yoga Specialist certifications. She teaches a variety of classes, including Yoga for athletes, Vinyasa Flow, and Myofascial Release, which uses small balls to work on releasing trigger points in the fascia and muscles. It is incredible for recovery, range of motion and for reducing and even eliminating pain.
