March Club Updates

The last few months have been busy! Members have been loving the new Spin Bikes! We’ve also added several other new pieces of equipment around the gym. We are always striving to give you the latest and best in fitness! Here are some of the new pieces for you to try!

The Glute Drive gives you the full benefits of the hip thrust exercise, simply, safely, and with good form. The machine is designed to promote good biomechanics and balanced weight curve. A comfortable padded belt secures the user to the back pad which supports the full length of the spine for added safety.
The HIITMill by StairMaster is a self-powered, non-motorized treadmill with fixed incline designed to develop speed, strength, and explosive power when used in a HIIT High Intensity Interval Training Program. The StairMaster HIIT Mill and HIIT Mill X will deliver an effective resistance training platform that drives up metabolic intensity and captures the benefits of speed and agility training, lateral training and sled training. TheHiitmill also allows for farmer carries. This machine is a great way to end any weight training workout.
After tons of trouble shooting and a few visits from electricians, our own maintenance team finally figured out the issue with the sauna not turning on. The part is ordered, and we hope to have the sauna back up next week. Thank you for your patience!
