BODYPUMP™ is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 540 calories* BODYPUMP will be available as either a 55, 45 or 30-minute workout-depending on the time of day!
Our Dream-Team for our Les Mills launch will be Sherry Ros, Lauren Youngsma, Melissa Christiansen, Dawn Bradford and Shannon Daleiden. They’ve been working hard learning the new routines and are excited to get you in the best shape of your life!
Coming in February will be Les Mills CXWorks, which is an amazing Ab class, followed by BodyCombat shortly thereafter.
