Whether you are a beginner or an advanced athlete I will design a challenging training session geared toward your specific goals. I was very active growing up, a competitive athlete in tennis and played many other sports. I am now a mother of 3 wonderful children and through my journey I have struggled with weight gain, sports injuries and busy schedules. I personally understand how difficult it can be to start an exercise program, frustration with fitness plateau, working through an injury and I can show you how to overcome those obstacles. Besides cardiorespiratory conditioning, I promote utilizing a variety of tools including free weights, stability balls, medicine balls and balance trainers, as well as your own body weight to achieve your desired level of fitness. I can design a training program that includes full body strength training with metabolic conditioning with your level of fitness that challenges and improves your overall fitness.

I started teaching fitness classes when I was 15 years old. Since then, I realized that there was nothing else in my life that I wanted to do but help people to stay healthy and in shape. I truly love what I do!

I have been personal training for over 20 years. I design programs according to my clients' needs, and keep their workouts safe, fun and productive.

Nutrition, weight loss, flexibility and functional, strength and core training are all major aspects of my program.

GAYLE KLUESNER

Gayle Kluesner, AKA Squeeze, is a certified Exercise Physiologist through the American Council of Sports Medicine (ACSM).  She received her Masters in Kinesiology (the study of muscle movement) with a focus in Exercise Science.  Gayle has acquired a great amount of experience in strength training, physique transformations, and nutrition by being coached, trained, and mentored by some of the top people in the fitness industry.  Not only does Gayle embody the health and fitness lifestyle, she has inspired, motivated, and transformed hundreds of people with her knowledge, approach, and dedication.

 

Gayle considers herself a health and fitness nerd, continually seeking out the latest research articles, tweaking exercises for maximal optimization, and questioning the status quo.

Matthew Armstrong has always been an athlete growing up, however, after allowing life & the strenuous work of the family business to inadvertently derail him he reached an all time high of 310Lbs.

That's when 3 years ago Matt not only became a Christian but was truly reborn! He has since lost over 100Lbs, added 15+lbs of lean muscle & became an NPC Competitor/NPC Heavy-Weight Bodybuilding Champion who is successfully continuing to compete regularly.
