Why is a healthy lifestyle important to you?
Because it allows me to live according to the quality of life that I’m used to, and to sustain that quality.
Weights or Cardio?
Weights! To maintain bone density and muscle strength and tone. It keeps me in the game so these young guys will still be afraid of me! (laughs) I have to walk my dog twelve times a day, that’s plenty of cardio, but if I need more, I jumprope.
