How many times per week do you attend South Beach Fitness?
I try for a minimum of 5 days a week. My Apple Watch tracks my goals.

What is your favorite thing about South Beach Fitness?
My favorite thing about South Beach is the members. We genuinely care for one another. This is not a “look at me” kind of gym. We are there to get it in and get it done.

Why is a healthy lifestyle important to you?
A healthy lifestyle is important for physical health, level of focus, and energy level. My body is my vessel and I must keep it fluid and in the ready for any surprises. A healthy lifestyle gives me tremendous focus and allows me to stay strong and calm when faced with challenges or in a crisis allowing me to make rational decisions. Enhanced energy allows me to do whatever it is I want or need to do for the day with peak performance. When you have those attributes it just makes me a strong positive person. You never know who you could inspire.

Weights or Cardio?
I prefer weights, but cardio is equally important. It’s like leg day, we all have to do it.

What is your favorite motivating quote?
If it tastes good, spit it out! If you don’t like doing it, you probably should!
