What is your favorite thing about South Beach Fitness?
My favorite thing about this gym is how friendly everyone is and how willing everyone is to share their knowledge with everyone.
Why is a healthy lifestyle important to you?
Mental health is very important and constantly overlooked. The gym provides that for me. I am know that I am not alone when I say that the gym is a place to decompress and relieve stress. It also builds mental fortitude in a way that to me is unmatched and can be applied to everyday life.
Weights or Cardio?
Weights.. does lifting them fast count as cardio?!
