12 Week Body Transformation!

This program is an intense 12 week regimen designed for serious individuals looking to make a significant change in their body and ultimately their life.
Each one half hour session with your fitness trainer will consist of high energy workouts such as:
*resistance training
*functional training
*core strength exercises and
·     *stretching after most workouts
In addition to these intense workout sessions, each client is required to engage in assigned cardiovascular activities and maintain healthy eating habits for the duration of this twelve week program.
